Private projects
Project instructions, linked references and membership stay with the existing project. Project access does not grant document or business-module access.
Open this tab to load projects under your current access.
Standing rules
Personal to you - preferences for your own Mail and Conversations draftsA rule is about how YOU want your own replies written (tone, a sign-off preference, "never promise a delivery date without checking stock") - it only shapes replies drafted by you, not your teammates. Shared team answers are maintained in the Knowledge tab.
Pause a rule with Active, then Save. Remove keeps its history and allows a later restore. Current prompts use the oldest 40 active rules, so review older preferences before adding more.

Check context and sources
Check the saved information under your current access. This is the same read-only check as /doctor in Chat. It does not call a model, repair data, approve documents or switch agents on.
Run a check to see memory limits and the projects you can access.
Removed items
Removal stops future retrieval without deleting the evidence. Review the old wording before restoring the same entry. Restore does not approve a policy, restore a project or activate an agent.
Private projects stay restricted. Personal rules apply to you, not the whole team. Issued company policies remain in Document Control.
Where to edit context, agent rules and models
Shared answers are reusable facts. Project instructions and per-agent guidance stay editable in Quasar. Switching a supported agent model keeps those rules and source links. Private project Chat uses the configured assistant model; it has no separate per-project provider override. A saved model identifier is not a tested connection.
