Stock value is read-only from the stock master and product costs. On-hand never goes negative (load-bearing CHECK); movements are appended through the server-side stock-move gate, never edited in place.

Product costing
Cost of bill (materials), shelf cost (materials + labour) and the cost-to-price ratio, computed against the current RRP. At or under 0.25 is healthy (50% off still clears 50% margin); indicative uses the latest actual buying costs, the stamped figures move only via the roll-up. Management only - enforced server-side.
