Only a job marked Needs Take 5 and sign-off (Electrical by default) has the daily Take 5, Start, Finish and Manager Sign-off, recorded by the assigned employee in their field/employee app. Every step is gated server-side (workplace-act) - a refusal is shown verbatim.

Calendar blocks and leave approval stages
Use + on a person's day to add a block or an internal job. Blocking leave, TAFE, training and public holidays remove capacity after the server checks the assignment. Pending leave opens its review: endorsement sends it to Finance, whose final sign-off removes capacity. Existing permissions apply to each change.
