ISO 9001 Compliance Snapshot

View Details
Manufacturing is a restricted module: access is enforced server-side at the data layer and limited to admins and assigned production staff. Recording a build, passing QA and closing a serial each emit an audit event (REG-MFG-001 traceability).

Each build step is a server-side gate: a step refuses to advance until its components are allocated, the test passes and the serial is recorded. Component allocation pulls from the warehouse stock master; a missing batch keeps the order held.

Assigned candidate builds

Only builds assigned to you are available here.
Record the hardware used, controlled procedure and observed result. Passing or failing a build is audited and cannot be completed by the person who created or implemented it.

Product Fault reporting

Report a product issue and follow only the fault work you own or have been assigned.
This is a restricted operational view. Product projects, source code, builds, release files and internal Engineering notes stay inside Engineering. Fault reports, assignments and progress updates are audited.

Calibration Snapshot

Quality is the ISO evidence surface: a failed test opens an NCR; a confirmed root cause opens a CAPA; calibration-due equipment cannot certify a test (gate). Scrap moves the serial to 5S Red and is irreversible without management authorisation.

Line screens and wallboard

Every line now has its own touch screen at the bench for Start and Confirm, and there is one shared wallboard for the shop floor TV (HQ-1117). Both open in their own tab and stay signed on for the whole shift.
